Abbi & Andi don’t live too far from Telluride & they both love hiking & exploring. When they contacted me about engagement photos in Telluride during the winter, I knew the perfect spot! This hidden waterfall in Telluride is a little tricky to find & isn’t always easy to access but they were down for the adventure.

With Telluride being right in the mountains, you don’t have to go far to get amazing views of the mountains & other features. During the winter months in Telluride, I highly recommend having traction devices for your shoes & 4WD or AWD is another thing I’d definitely recommend.
Engagement Photos in the Mountains of Telluride
After our little adventure down to the waterfall, we had to get some photos in the mountains. After all, you can’t come to Telluride & not see mountains! We drove a ways to Lizard Head Pass where you can always find great views of the mountains. It got cold quite quickly but they kept warm during their engagement photos by just having fun & running around!
