Small Wedding at Tucson Botanical Gardens in Arizona
The Tucson Botanical Gardens are a hidden gem for weddings & elopements in the Tucson, Arizona area! The gardens in Tucson are full of so much life & color. And as a photographer, I could just spend all day here! They have plants & flower here year round, they even have a butterfly & orchid greenhouse. With so many beautiful areas & blooming plants everywhere, it was a perfect setting for Chloe & Calvin’s small outdoor wedding.
Chloe & Calvin only had about 10 in-person guests, but they had a couple hundred more guests tie in via Zoom video chat! Everyone got to watch & hear their ceremony at the Tucson Botanical Gardens, then Chloe & Calvin got to sit down with their guests in breakout rooms & have a little time with them all. The guests got to watch the special dances, the ceremony, & even joined in for dinner. Having a Zoom wedding is a great way to keep your day intimate but still include.
Chloe & Calvin got married in the Reception Garden of the Tucson Botanical Gardens. They were also able to go around to other parts of the gardens to take photos & to enjoy the scenery. The lighting at night was just so beautiful & romantic. We got to go around the gardens at night & also did some creative shots at night. They planned plenty of time for photos which I love because it gave them time to get comfortable in front of the camera & gave me plenty of time to really take the time I need.
And aren’t their florals amazing?! Vintage Blossom did an amazing job & even create a floral pocket square for Calvin. Gallery of Food provided an amazing meal & Siren Skincare did an amazing job with Chloe’s makeup.

The Tucson Botanical Gardens has various wedding packages available. They can accommodate up to 150 guests & their packages start at $2,000. The best time to get married in Tucson for great weather that isn’t too hot is from late fall until early spring. Many people are aware of fall & spring being nice months. But during the winter it is less busy & the weather is GREAT! Be sure not to overlook the winter months if you’re getting married in Arizona, especially more southern Arizona.
