Proposal Photography Pricing Guide

I offer bold + colorful photography & would love to help you plan an amazing proposal!

Photos are so important! The ones you take in your everyday life are great, but sometimes you want something more, especially for a special moment like this! That’s what I’m here for. Your photography session with your proposal can be what your want. We can keep it simple, plan it around some fun activities, head to a special location, or go all out with an amazing adventure!

Every Session Includes…

  • Online gallery of all your great pictures edited & delivered within 2 weeks
  • Location scouting & planning exactly where we should go
  • Flexible payment plans & options
  • As many locations as you can fit into the time booked
  • I cover the cost of any needed permits for parks & other public lands up to $200
  • There are no travel fees within western Colorado or eastern Utah

What do you do after you propose?

After your proposal, what you do on your session is totally up to you! You can hike, take a Jeep tour, plan a picnic, or celebrate with any friends or family. If you want some ideas & suggestions, just let me know. Having a little session after your proposal is a fun way for you to get some memories from this special moment. If you want to plan something special (but easy) I can even bring a bottle of champagne for you both to celebrate with!

Location Scouting

Location scouting is one of the most important parts of planning out your adventure session. I can help you plan out the best locations based on what you are looking for, help with permits, coordinate the best spots & times of day based on tourists, & help you find amazing locations that are lesser known.

Outfit Coordination

To look your best, you need to know what to wear! I’m always happy to help with tips, suggestions, & ideas so that you know & look your best. Whatever Else You Need Help With!

I’ll be your pack mule, help you with a surprise setup, I have extra supplies available if you forget something, I can recommend restaurants & other things to do while you’re in the area, give you tips on how to best avoid crowds in popular tourist spots, & so much more!

4 Hour Adventure Session

  • This adventure session includes up to 4 hours of shooting time for longer hikes & more adventurous activities. We can also visit multiple locations & hike trails that are 4+ miles long. This session is most popular for going to a variety of different locations or for doing activities or longer hikes.

2 Hour Adventure Session

  • This adventure session includes up to 2 hours of shooting time for longer hikes & more adventurous activities. We can also visit a couple of locations & hike trails that are 2+ miles long. This session is more popular for going to a couple of different locations or for shorter hikes or activities.

1 Hour Basic Session

  • If you just need the basics this is for you. Includes up to 1 hour of shooting time & all images in digital format. This is best for going to one easy drive-up location with little to no hiking required.

Frequently Asked Questions

To book I will send a contract & invoice. Just keep in mind that you are not officially booked until both the initial payment has been made & the contract has been signed.

My invoicing system allows for flexible payment options. PayPal, credit cards, bank transfers, & checks are all accepted. You can pay a little bit weekly, monthly, or on whatever schedule works for you.

An initial payment totaling 50% of the package price is due to book. I’m flexible so just let me know if you need to make payments on this.

You do not receive the copyright to the images, but you do get a print release for personal use, downloading, printing, posting on social media, etc.

You get ALL of the high resolution digital images! No need to purchase anything separately. Print products will be available in your gallery for optional purchases.

You can typically expect somewhere around ~50 images per hour. But sometimes I tend to overshoot & you’ll get even more! This varies based on where we are, what we’re doing, & other factors.

My photography style is bold, colorful, & natural. Different locations, different weather, & different lighting situations will all influence how the tones & colors of the photos will turn out. I have experience in all sorts of locations, weather, lighting conditions, & landscapes & can help you plan everything out so your photos turn out amazing!
