Keystone, Colorado Anniversary Session in the Mountains

Keystone, Colorado is located in the middle mountains of Colorado. The area has become popular for skiing & just for vacations & tourists in general. It’s a little off of I-70 but it doesn’t get the same amount of noisy traffic. Mountain peaks surround the area & Dillon Reservoir is a large body of water with a lot of easy to access nature areas. One of the best things about Keystone is that there are so many easy to access areas for adventure sessions, weddings, & elopements in Colorado. There are also a wide variety of vacation rentals available in the greater Keystone area.

Melissa & Jordan live in the southeast. They’re a little more used to warmer temperatures. When they were in Colorado we were hit with some cold weather, but we braved the cold together & we were rewarded with a beautiful sunset & some gorgeous alpenglow on the Rocky Mountains. Melissa & Jordan like to plan something special for their anniversary session each year & always get anniversary photos done. I always think it’s so great to get photos just because! They really did have an adventure with the high winds on the mountain pass & Melissa even hiked barefoot part of the way.
